We've provided a number of resources here to help you resolve problems, answer questions and help our owners understand how to maintain their systems better. Not Sure which system you have. The best way the find out if you have the TH100 series system or the TH 400 series system is to look at your sensors. Compare your sensors to the pictures below and and find out which system you have.

If you are under warranty there is no charge for tech support. If your warranty has expired then there is a $25.00 charge for the first 15 minutes and a $50.00 charge per hour after that. This does not include simple software navigation questions.
We no longer offer support for Newton 1400 or Wintriss Sensors. Also we do not support rocket port connections or windows 95 systems. And we only offer support for systems that are internal hd no laser disc or dvd systems.

Parts for the old TH100, TH 200 and TH300 systems are all refurbished and we usually do not have replacement parts for these systems. These parts are no longer made.

How it works:
Step 1:Once downloaded run the program.
Step 2: Install as basic and personal as the options.
Step 3: Once here give tech support your id number and password and they will then take control of your computer remotely.
Remember: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
